A. What are some usage examples of how SmrtCase can come in handy?

1. During work commute where you need to show bus driver or train conductor a monthly/weekly pass.

3. Paying with a MasterCard Paypass or Visa Paywave or other NFC enabled cards. See below for more on NFC.

6. At a hotel, when going to the hotel gym. You usually only need your room key and your smartphone, and rest you can put in the room lockbox.

B. What is NFC (near field communication)?

While we won't go through the technical details (you can read it here), basically NFC give users the convenience of going through a check point without swiping the actual card, but secure enough that user need to be close enough to the NFC reader to authenticate. Many commute cards are NFC enabled, so with a SmrtCase product, you can go through a turnstile without taking your wallet out.

C. Would putting my Smartphone next to my credit/debit card demagnetize the cards?

No, we have done testing on all type of cards with all types of smartphones that we support.

D. I have a SmrtWallet with a BlackBerry, but it fits a bit tight. Is this normal?

Yes, SmrtWallet is a leather case with elastic band on the side. Like your shoes, after breaking them in, your BlackBerry will fit snug in the SmrtWallet.
