Warranty Policy

SmrtCase products are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase. Product damages that might have resulted from normal wear and tear of misuse/abuse of the product are not covered by our guarantee. SmrtCase (Smrtphone Solutions, Inc) will not be liable for any damages arising from the usage of our products.

Product replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to SmrtCase to receive an additional replacement.

Buyer must provide original receipt or proof of purchase for warranty claim.
