Shipping Information

* All in-stock items will ship within 2 business day (This policy is applicable to all shipping methods).
* Any orders that are placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed the following business day.
* We do not ship partial orders. If an item(s) is back-ordered and you wish to get the rest of the order please contact support@smrtcase.com
* Our shipping carrier only delivers Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. There are no weekend deliveries.
* All orders placed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's will be delivered using USPS. These orders can not be expedited!
* Please check shipping addresses carefully, as refused and/or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.

International Shipping

* For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.
* For orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing, shipping fees are non-refundable
